The Lender Who Damaged Trust

Just before recording the episode, Nikki spent 90 minutes on the phone with an agent at the end of her rope. Her lender partner had communicated inconsistently for weeks — saying one thing, delivering another. The clients had begun to distrust the agent, not the lender, because the agent was the face of the relationship. Nikki's conclusion: when communication breaks down on one side of the team, everyone's reputation suffers.
